Reconcile Journal is a space where research becomes a shared public resource.
Created as a visual online archive, Reconcile Journal distils rigorous academic research into accessible, thought-provoking vignettes on social justice, representation, wellbeing, learning, leadership and the creative arts.
Grounded in critical pedagogy and a belief in democratic access to ideas, it challenges the walls of academia and invites readers to engage with research insights as a tool for equity and transformation. By breaking down barriers to information, the journal encourages collective understanding and action to flourish.
Rooted in collective liberation, Reconcile Journal reimagines what research can feel like when it belongs to everyone. A radical visual language is crucial to how we remove barriers, because we want to make research usable, readable, and relevant for the people actually doing the work on the ground.
We launched October 2025, and have exciting plans for 2026!
